Timing Decision for Active Remanufacturing Based on 3E Analysis of Product Life Cycle

Active remanufacturing is an important technique that used to reduce the uncertainty of quality remanufactured cores. However, implementation active too early or late will lead a reduction in economic benefits and increase environmental impact during whole life cycle product. To this end, active-remanufacturing-timing decision method proposed based on economic, energy (3E) analysis product cycle. In method, quantitative function cost, consumption emissions products manufacturing stage, service stage are firstly constructed life-cycle assessment (LCA) cost (LCC). Then, multi-objective optimization particle swarm algorithm utilized obtain active-remanufacturing timing with optimal remanufacturing. Finally, case study engines demonstrated validate method.
